Select About this Mac from the drop-down menu. Click on the Apple icon in the upper left corner of your screen.Click Yes to be directly taken to the Optimized Storage tool window.
When it does, you'll get a notification asking if you want to optimize your storage. There are two ways to access Optimized Storage.
